We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Ice Cream Maker to join our team at Happy Ice. You will be responsible for preparing, mixing, and serving a variety of ice cream, shaved ice, and frozen desserts while ensuring high quality, consistency, and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and produce ice cream, shaved ice, and other frozen desserts according to company recipes and standards. Operate ice cream machines, mixers, freezers, and other equipment safely and efficiently. Innovate and suggest new flavors, toppings, and seasonal creations. Ensure all products are presented attractively and maintain product quality throughout the day. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the preparation and service area at all times. Follow food safety guidelines and company procedures. Engage with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, explaining products and offering recommendations. Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, and report needs to the manager.
Requirements:

Previous experience as an ice cream maker, dessert chef, or in food preparation is preferred (but not required - training will be provided). Passion for desserts, creativity, and attention to detail. Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team. Positive attitude, reliable, and punctual.
