Das Field Engineer
Key Responsibilities:

Perform site surveys and RF testing to assess DAS requirements.
Install, configure, and commission DAS infrastructure, including antennas, fiber optics, and remote units.
Conduct signal validation, interference analysis, and system optimization.
Identify and resolve network issues related to DAS performance.
Work closely with telecom operators, vendors, and contractors to ensure seamless integration.
Maintain technical documentation and provide reports on site work and troubleshooting activities.
Adhere to safety standards and telecom regulations during field operations.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
Experience in DAS installations, RF measurements, and troubleshooting techniques.
Proficiency in DAS testing tools (e.g., spectrum analyzers, site master, iBwave).
Understanding of telecom network architecture, fiber optics, and wireless communication protocols.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in field environments.

Preferred Skills:

Certifications in DAS technology or RF Engineering (e.g., iBwave Level 1 & 2).
Experience with DAS deployments in commercial, enterprise, or public-sector projects.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
