Job Title: IBM ODM Developer

Proztec is hiring a skilled IBM ODM Developer for a 6-month contract position based in Doha, Qatar. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and managing business rules using IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM) to support enterprise-level decision-making systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement business rules using IBM ODM

Translate complex business logic into executable decision services

Optimize and troubleshoot rule execution performance

Integrate ODM rules with Java applications and enterprise systems

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience working with IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM)

Strong knowledge of rule modeling, RES, and RTS

Proficiency in Java and enterprise application integration

Understanding of rule governance and lifecycle management

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
