Support regional sales teams throughout the presales lifecycle for Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions, including Maximo Application Suite (MAS), Mobile, Asset Health, and Predictive Maintenance.
Engage with customers to understand asset management, maintenance, and operational challenges.
Design and present end-to-end EAM solutions aligned with customer requirements and industry best practices.
Deliver solution presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concepts.
Provide strong technical and functional input for RFPs, RFIs, and tender responses.
Collaborate closely with delivery and implementation teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with delivery capabilities.
Stay current with product roadmaps, licensing models, and relevant industry trends.
Manage and maintain relationships with OEMs and strategic technology partners.
Develop and grow a regional ecosystem of delivery and implementation partners.
Support value-based selling by articulating ROI, operational efficiencies, and measurable business outcomes.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience working with IBM Maximo in a functional, technical, or presales capacity.
Hands-on experience with IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS).
Strong understanding of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) processes.
Knowledge of asset-intensive industries such as utilities, transport, oil & gas, manufacturing, or public sector.
Proven experience in presales activities, including demonstrations, solution design, and bid responses.
IBM certifications in Maximo or related technologies (preferred).
Experience working with large enterprise or government clients.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.
Strong presentation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to travel within the GCC region as required.
