Lead the presales process for IBM Automation and Integration solutions, engaging with enterprise clients to understand their business needs and technical challenges.
Design and present end-to-end automation and integration architectures leveraging IBM Cloud Paks and related technologies.
Collaborate closely with the sales, delivery, and technical teams to develop compelling technical proposals, solution designs, and proofs of concept (PoCs).
Define and validate scope of work (SoW) and software Bill of Quantities (BoQs) aligned with customer requirements and budget.
Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and presentations to articulate the business value and ROI of IBM Automation and Integration offerings.
Support bid and RFP processes by producing winning technical documentation and responding to detailed customer queries.
Stay up to date with the IBM automation and integration ecosystem, including new features, roadmap updates, and partner enablement programs.
Build strong relationships with customers, IBM product teams, and partners to position the company as a trusted IBM automation and integration advisor.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in building and designing enterprise software solutions.
4+ years of experience in technical sales or presales roles.
Proven ability to develop and evaluate SoWs and BoQs for complex software solutions.
Demonstrated success in crafting winning technical proposals within enterprise environments.
Strong understanding of the value and capabilities of IBM Cloud Paks.
Hands-on experience in business automation using IBM BAW, ODM, FileNet, and Datacap.
Hands-on experience in integration platforms using IBM ACE, API Connect, MQ, DataPower, or WebMethods.
Knowledge of Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift environments.
Solid understanding of SOA, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
Experience in designing stream-based applications using Kafka or Confluent.
Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
