Job Description
Role: IBM BPM Sterling
Education
? Degree, Post graduate in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
? Certification in IBM Sterling is highly desired
Experience
? Minimum 5 years experience in implementing end to end integration solutions using products in
IBM Sterling B2B integrator suite
? Minimum 5 years experience Sterling B2B Integrator and Sterling File Gateway is mandatory
? Atleast 2 years experience in Sterling Secure Proxy or Sterling Connect:Direct
? Map development experience in IBM Websphere Transformation Extender is highly desired
Technical Skills
? Should be fluent in designing and developing business processes and maps
? Should be well versed in trading partner onboarding process using various communication
protocols supported by Sterling
? Should have hands on experience in monitoring, troubleshooting, performance tuning and code
optimization
? Candidates having experience in Sterling installation/upgrade will have an advantage
Functional Skills
? Experience in following best Coding, Security, Unit testing and Documentation standards and
practices
? Experience in Banking/Financial domain is highly desired
? Experience in Agile methodology
? Ensure quality of technical and application architecture and design of systems across the
organization
? Effectively research and benchmark technology against other best in class technologies
