Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging and challenging IB Mathematics curriculum aligned with the IB framework.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning and student engagement.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the individual needs of students and facilitate their academic growth.
- Foster a love for mathematics and critical thinking skills among students.
- Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience and maintain a cohesive curriculum.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with IB requirements and best teaching practices.
- Contribute to the school\'s extracurricular activities and events.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Mathematics or a related field (Master\'s degree preferred).
- Teaching certification and/or IB certification highly desirable.
- Proven experience teaching IB Mathematics, with a strong track record of student achievement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for education and a commitment to the holistic development of students.
- Adaptability and a willingness to work in a diverse, multicultural environment.
- Competitive salary range of AED 10,000 - AED 15,000 per month, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
