Job Title IAM Technical Support Engineer
Reports to Manager, Cybersecurity
Key Accountabilities Manage & maintain Identity Management Solutions (Sailpoint & ForgeRock) Sailpoint Identity IQ Managing end to end of SailPoint Access Governance and Management. Managing User Provisioning, Access Certifications, Access Request, Workflow, Delegated Administration, and Password Self-Service in SailPoint Identity. Managing SailPoint deployment activities - connector configuration, custom rule development, workflow configuration and development, third party system integration. Strong experience with J2EE / Java EE 5 Application Server such as Tomcat, JBoss, WebSphere, or WebLogic.
ForgeRock Manage end to end of ForgeRock Identity and Access Management Platform. Deployment, management & maintenance of ForgeRock platform including OpenAM, OpenIDM, OpenIG and OpenDJ Development, production support and upgrade activities for ForgeRock application, maintenance & monitoring of ForgeRock infrastructure and functions. Thorough understanding and work experience for technologies such as Header based Single Sign On, SAML, OAuth, etc. Experience with ForgeRock OpenIDM (Identity management) system for On-time provisioning / de-provisioning. Experience working with LDAP directories like OpenDJ Should have good developer skills - Java/J2EE. Experience in Azure services. Troubleshooting skills are a must.
