We are currently recruiting for an IAM Specialist for our prestigious client based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

As an IAM Specialist with a focus on PAM, EPM, SSO, AD, Azure AD and SailPoint, your key accountabilities and activities may include:

\xc2\xb7 Deep experience in applying new methodologies to Identity & Access management including the interpretation of policies & standards, and their proactive application (Technical)

\xc2\xb7 Identify areas of improvement and enhance domain by driving innovative ways of addressing authentication and authorization (Technical)

\xc2\xb7 Additional deep Company-specific knowledge of the business requirements for identity & access control as well as current regulatory topics and responsibilities preferred (Technical)

\xc2\xb7 Technical knowledge of principles such as Need-to Know, Least Privilege and Segregation of Duties (Technical)

\xc2\xb7 Deep technical knowledge of user identities and how they managed on heterogeneous operating systems, databases and web server technologies (Technical)

\xc2\xb7 Experience in automating identity management (Technical)

\xc2\xb7 Designing and implementing BeyondTrust PAM, EPM, and SailPoint solutions for clients: You will be responsible for designing and implementing BeyondTrust privileged access management (PAM), endpoint privilege management (EPM), and SailPoint identity governance solutions for clients. This will involve understanding their business requirements and designing solutions that meet those needs.

\xc2\xb7 Configuring and managing BeyondTrust PAM, EPM, and SailPoint solutions: You will be responsible for configuring and managing BeyondTrust PAM, EPM, and SailPoint solutions for clients. This will involve setting up policies and rules for managing privileged accounts, endpoint privileges, and identity governance, and ensuring that these policies are enforced across the organization.

\xc2\xb7 Conducting assessments and audits of privileged access and identity governance: You will be responsible for conducting assessments and audits of privileged access and identity governance across the organization. This will involve identifying potential risks and vulnerabilities and developing strategies for mitigating these risks.

\xc2\xb7 Developing and implementing privileged access and identity governance policies: You will be responsible for developing and implementing privileged access and identity governance policies for the organization. This will involve working with stakeholders to define policies and procedures for managing privileged access and identity governance and ensuring that these policies are followed.

\xc2\xb7 Providing technical support and troubleshooting for PAM, EPM,SSO,AD,Azure AD and SailPoint solutions: You will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for BeyondTrust PAM, EPM, and SailPoint solutions. This will involve working with clients to resolve issues and provide guidance on best practices.

\xc2\xb7 Collaborating with other IT teams: You will work closely with other IT teams to ensure that BeyondTrust PAM, EPM, and SailPoint solutions are integrated with other systems and applications. This will involve collaborating with network, security, and identity management teams.

\xc2\xb7 Keeping up to date with industry trends and developments: As an IAM Specialist, you will be responsible for keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments related to privileged access management, endpoint privilege management, and identity governance. This will involve staying current with emerging technologies and best practices and attending conferences and training sessions to maintain your knowledge and skills.

\xc2\xb7 Design and implement BeyondTrust PAM, EPM,SSO,AD,Azure AD and SailPoint solutions for clients, based on their business requirements.

\xc2\xb7 Configure and manage PAM, EPM,SSO,AD,Azure AD and SailPoint solutions for clients, including setting up policies and rules for managing privileged accounts, endpoint privileges, and identity governance.

To qualify, you must have:

\xc2\xb7 A Bachelor\'s degree and certification in identity and access management, cybersecurity, information technology, or related field is usually preferred, however applicants with a combination of relevant professional experience, education, and professional IAM certification will also be considered for the position.

\xc2\xb7 5 to 7 years of experience. Alternatively, candidate may possess an equivalent combination of relevant professional experience and education
