1Department Internal Control Dept-User Access Management 2 Positionn UAM Analyst 3Nationality No specific nationality 4 Religion- Muslim 5 Salary range- 12K-16K 6 Education- Bachelor degree in Computer Science 7 Language- English and Arabic will be more advanced 8 Experience/Background- IAM specialist , experience in Identity and Access Management in a financial sector, to perform daily identity and access management activities e.g. access provisioning, de-provisioning of business and ITD applications , good understanding of business ,troubleshooting & resolving access related issues, support system testing 9 Work Location Abu Dhabi 10 Gender- Male Key Accountabilities of the role

• Access provisioning/de-provisioning, manage access requests (grating new, modification, enable, disable, and revoking) as per the process and approval within agreed TAT.

2. Execute approved SPCR and parameter change requests in various applications.

• Handle internal customers' urgent requests, complaints, attend calls, and solve access related issues.

4. Perform periodic system access review and access entitlements for departments, branches and IBG as per plan and head of dept request.

• Participate in new system/enhancement of existing testing related scenarios for user admin related functionalities.

6. Work with IT in new reports follow ups on raised issues and tickets related to the area/user and maintain a proper tracking.

• Investigate end users' issues and complaints

• Reporting and escalating any serious issue, delayed respond in raised issues/requests to line manager and Head of UAM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED12,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month Education:

Experience:

• Info Tech security: 2 years (Preferred)
• access management: 2 years (Preferred)
• Identity and Access Management: 2 years (Preferred)
