Overview
We are looking for highly skilled IAM Architects to design and oversee Identity & Access Management solutions for large-scale enterprise environments. This role involves leading architectural strategy, solution design, and implementation oversight for IAM platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and design IAM architectures aligned with enterprise security strategies and regulatory requirements.
Provide technical leadership for IAM solution implementation (e.g., SailPoint, ForgeRock, Ping, Okta, Azure AD).
Develop architecture diagrams, integration patterns, and reference models for IAM.
Collaborate with business, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration.
Evaluate and recommend IAM tools, frameworks, and best practices.
Conduct technical reviews and provide guidance to engineering and operations teams.
Requirements:
9+ years of IT security experience, with at least 4+ years in IAM architecture.
Strong understanding of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect), identity governance, RBAC/ABAC, and SSO.
Hands-on experience with at least one major IAM platform.
Proven experience in designing scalable IAM architectures for complex enterprise setups.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, IAM vendor certifications) are a plus.
