We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Hypermarket Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hypermarket. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining inventory, and driving sales growth. You will lead and mentor a team, ensure adherence to company policies, and implement strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the hypermarket, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments. Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Analyze sales data and implement improvements. Team Leadership: Manage and motivate store staff to ensure high performance, productivity, and excellent customer service. Inventory Control: Ensure proper inventory management, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability. Customer Service: Ensure high standards of customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints in a timely manner. Staff Training: Provide ongoing training and development to staff to improve skills, product knowledge, and customer service. Budgeting and Cost Control: Oversee budgeting, manage expenses, and monitor profit margins to maintain financial health of the store. Marketing and Promotions: Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and implement in-store promotions and advertising campaigns. Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure the store adheres to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe environment for staff and customers.
