We are hiring a
Hygienist
for a reputed catering firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety across kitchen, storage, and service areas in compliance with HACCP and company policies.Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Monitor and enforce hygiene and sanitation standards in kitchen, stores, and dining areas Ensure proper food handling, storage, and waste disposal practices Conduct regular hygiene inspections and report non-compliance Train staff on hygiene, personal cleanliness, and food safety practices Maintain hygiene checklists, records, and reports Ensure cleaning schedules are followed and documented Coordinate with kitchen and operations teams to improve hygiene standards Support audits and inspections by authorities or internal teams
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Hygienist in catering or food service industry Knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards Certification in food safety or hygiene is an advantage Good communication and training skills Attention to detail and ability to work independently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
