Hygiene Officer We are looking for a strong and well experienced Hygiene Officer who will be responsible to oversee the maintenance/upgrade of sanitation & hygiene standards across the entire resort. What is in it for you:

• What you will be doing:

Propose and maintain minimum standards in all work areas, stores, receiving and disposal areas to adhere at all times to required hygiene standards\xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for effective and efficient maintenance of records related to the Hotel\'s sanitation and hygiene efforts/program\xe2\x80\xa2 Formulates and maintains an up-to-date methodology manual that is constantly available for use and review by the section personnel\xe2\x80\xa2 Checking establishments and workplaces to ensure that the place is safe and is not hazardous for employees.\xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct and chairs regular HACCP meeting.\xe2\x80\xa2 Evaluate tests and create reports to control, ensure everything runs smoothly and precisely.\xe2\x80\xa2 Inspects the buildings and such to ensure that the place is safe from diseases or viruses that may harm the employees and guests.\xe2\x80\xa2 Monitors, assists and performs all procedures and protocols for maintaining an excellent sanitation and hygienic environment\xe2\x80\xa2 Continually liaises with external agencies (laboratory, government bureau, health practitioners, etc.) on sanitary matters.\xe2\x80\xa2 Propose and maintain standards in working areas, stores, receiving and disposal areas to adhere at all times to required hygiene standards\xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure all concerned employees are trained and competent in all procedures relevant to their role.\xe2\x80\xa2 Monitors, assists and performs all procedures and protocols for maintaining an excellent sanitation and hygienic environment.\xe2\x80\xa2 Any other duties assigned by the management
Your experience and skills include:Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
University degree in Food & Hygiene
HACCP Certification
Good communication skills in addition to a good command of English Language
