Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conducting internal Food Hygiene audit & recommending the corrective action
- Preparing training programs, cleaning schedule & review of HACCP Manual
- Verification of the CCP monitoring & records
- Investigation of Food poisoning allegation & preparing the report
- Follow up on the microanalysis reports of Food, water & ice
- Monitoring the receiving & rejection policy of food items in to the Hotel
- Leading Green globe implementation, training, auditing and monitoring
- Assisting departments in conducting Risk assessment for all activities in the Hotel
- Local Hire(UAE) only
- HACCAP Certified
