Job Description
Job involves planning, execution, control and supervision of all activities like cleaning, gauging, hydrotest, dewatering, swabbing, drying, leak testing, etc. Functions and Responsibilities: Preparing test procedures and drawings as per project requirement. Preparing Pigs, Equipment, and Instruments & Materials as per the project requirement. Design and fabrication of Pigging Heads, Test Heads and Test Manifolds, etc. Selection of Test Limit and water resources identification also safe disposal of Hydro-tested water. Planning, Execution, Controlling of Pre-testing and Mainline Testing of pipeline section with available manpower and resources within the stipulated time as per the project specification. Coordination with the client, TPI, PM, CM's, QA/QC, HSE Engineers, various discipline heads and Engineers for the smooth day to day operation. Preparing and submitting hydro-test reports to the client. Supporting HSE team to prepare TBRA and responsible for safe Pre-Commissioning / Commissioning operations. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
