Duties & Responsibilities 1. Supervise the product specs and quality, to ensure adherence to company standards and maintain brand integrity. 2. Responsible for the cultivation, monitoring and control of the basic raw materials, the means of production, semi-finished and finished products. 3. Provide a quality link and education from grower through to retailer. 4. Work in conjunction with the Production department to maximize process and system optimization and to ensure a quality of products is being maintained. 5. Assists in the improvement of the production process, the organisation of production and equipment. 6. Develop and manage quality assurance metrics and performance improvement for the QA team. 7. Ensure proper documentation on food safety and quality assurance is maintained and accurate. 8. Responsible for the budget of the quality-control service. 9. Responsible for all quality certificate as ISO, Global GAPP, PRC, HACCP .... Etc.
Skills & Qualifications
1. A bachelor's or master's degree with specialization in agronomy or chemistry, a scientific discipline or equivalent experience. 2. 3+ years' experience in a quality manager role. 3. Good spoken and written English. 4. Understand and apply TQM (total quality management). 5. Understand the methods for internal and external quality-control research 6. Strong leadership skills are essential. 7. Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. 8. Interest in the hydroponic industry Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
