We are seeking a mid to senior-level Hydrogeologist, to join our team. The candidate will work with strong, senior technical staff on various environmental and water-resources-related projects, specifically providing groundwater modeling and quantitative hydrogeology support for a variety of high-profile clients. Project management experience is preferred (but not required) as is the ability to establish and maintain client relationships. MUST BE AVAILABLE IN QATAR. As a key member of our team, you will be involved in a broad range of responsibilities including: Responsibilities: \xc3\x98 Work closely with technical staff and client service managers to provide geological and hydrogeologic technical expertise on projects. \xc3\x98 Execute on projects and provide technical, quantitative, and hydrogeologic knowledge in areas such as (but not limited to); groundwater investigation and supply studies, groundwater remediation efficacy, groundwater/surface water interaction, hydrogeologic conceptual model development, and groundwater numerical modeling. \xc3\x98 Apply knowledge of geology and hydrogeology to aid the development and management of groundwater resources for clients. \xc3\x98 Evaluation and interpretation of test data. \xc3\x98 Interpret and analyze various forms of geologic and hydrogeologic data to build a conceptual model of the groundwater regime including contamination. \xc3\x98 Participate with a team of engineers to perform groundwater flow and transport modeling in support of project work (environmental, water supply, mining, oil, and gas, etc.) \xc3\x98 Determine the nature, extent, fate, and transport of contaminants and source areas at environmental sites. \xc3\x98 Work independently, exercising professional judgment to develop and recommend solutions that meet client expectations and goals. \xc3\x98 The position may include task/project management and some business development opportunities. \xc3\x98 Provide technical documentation and presentations. Must be competent in report writing and communication. Should a sales background. \xc3\x98 Produce high-quality products on schedule and within budgets in a fast-paced environment. \xc3\x98 With Qatar experience and knowledge on pumping and drilling test. \xc3\x98 With Qatar Driving license. Skills, Qualifications, and Experience: The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications: \xc3\x98 BS in Hydrogeology, Geology, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field with specialization in quantitative hydrogeology and groundwater modeling. MS degree preferred. \xc3\x98 Knowledge of different drilling methods, geophysical techniques, and experience implementing hydrogeologic characterization studies including well design and construction, packer testing, aquifer testing and analysis, and water quality sampling techniques. \xc3\x98 Experience developing hydrogeological conceptual models and geologic framework models (Leapfrog, Geo-modeller, etc.) \xc3\x98 Demonstrated expertise in codes such as MODFLOW and/or FEFLOW, including inverse modelling using PEST. \xc3\x98 Minimum of 5 years relevant experience. \xc3\x98 Aquifer testing and data evaluation. \xc3\x98 Subsurface geological, hydrogeological, and geochemical characterization of mining, hazardous waste, or petrochemical industry sites. \xc3\x98 Excellent written and oral communication skills. Fluency in a foreign language is a plus. \xc3\x98 Experience in preparing data analysis sections of consulting project reports is required. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract Experience:
