Position Title: Hydraulics Technician

Department & Section: MM&W- Fluids & Hydraulics SMP

Minimum Education Qualifications (Must Haves) Any preferred professional training (Nice to have)

I.T.I. in Mechanical Fitter trade
Suppliers Training (Fluids & Hydraulics OEM)

Technical knowledge of predictive & preventive maintenance of Fluids & hydraulics areas.

Knowledge & Skill of Trouble Shooting of Fluids & hydraulic areas.

Understanding of engineering drawings and Hydraulic circuits.

Professional Experience (Must haves) Previous Experience/exposure Recommendations (Nice to have)

3-8 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Mechanical Maintenance in Steel Plant
Worked with hydraulic equipment\xe2\x80\x99s

Key Performance Indicators

Ensure implementation of Health, Safety and Environment concerns\xe2\x80\x99 to achieve Zero accidents as per agreed departmental standards.

Incur maximum of maintenance cost optimization\xe2\x80\x99 for mechanical repairs, maintenance and downtime.

Ensure plant and equipment facilitation\xe2\x80\x99 for scheduled and prepared availability of Fluids & Hydraulics related.

Support corrective action\xe2\x80\x99 for prompt clarification, resolutions and results of problems.

Adjustments to plant and equipment\xe2\x80\x99 at requirement for production efficiency.
