Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Independently handle the inspection, diagnostics, repair, and overhaul of advanced hydraulic systems (mobile, industrial, and custom-engineered systems). Lead on-site service interventions, including breakdowns, installations, commissioning, and upgrades of hydraulic equipment. Troubleshoot high-pressure systems, control valves, hydraulic pumps, motors, accumulators, and cylinders with minimal supervision. Read and interpret complex hydraulic schematics and translate them into actionable service steps. Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training to junior engineers and technicians. Plan and coordinate field service jobs, including customer communication, tool and parts preparation, and resource management. Conduct pressure testing, flow measurement, contamination control, and calibration of hydraulic components using appropriate diagnostic tools. Prepare detailed service reports, root cause analyses, and customer feedback documentation. Liaise with engineering and design teams to report field observations for continuous product improvement. Ensure all service activities comply with company quality, health, and safety standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, or related technical discipline.

Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience

in hydraulic service, maintenance, and field operations. Deep knowledge of hydraulic system components (e.g., Bosch Rexroth, Parker, Eaton, Danfoss, etc.). Experience in both workshop and field service environments, preferably across multiple industries (construction, oil & gas, marine, manufacturing, etc.).

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month
