We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Hydraulic Engineer to design, develop, and oversee hydraulic systems and equipment. The role involves conducting technical studies, preparing engineering calculations, and ensuring efficient, safe, and reliable operation of hydraulic machinery and systems across projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, analyze, and optimize hydraulic systems, components, and equipment.
Prepare detailed engineering drawings, hydraulic schematics, and technical documentation.
Conduct simulations, calculations, and modeling to ensure system performance and reliability.
Select appropriate pumps, valves, actuators, piping, and fittings based on project requirements.
Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of hydraulic systems.
Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and civil engineers to integrate hydraulic solutions into larger projects.
Ensure compliance with applicable codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Perform root cause analysis and recommend improvements for system failures or inefficiencies.
Provide technical support and training to maintenance and operations teams.
Prepare project reports, proposals, and cost estimates.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
Proven experience in hydraulic design, analysis, and maintenance.
Strong understanding of fluid dynamics, hydraulic circuits, and control systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
