Conducting various administrative tasks, including making phone calls, writing emails to suppliers and clients, and managing CRM systems.
Creating proforma invoices, Excel documentation, and performing market research to support decision-making processes.
Leveraging Adobe Illustrator/Canva to create eye-catching social media posts and effectively managing social media accounts.
Posting images on social media platforms to engage our audience and promote our brand.
Assisting with product sourcing from factories on platforms like Alibaba, ensuring quality and reliability.
Making bookings on behalf of the client, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing schedules effectively.
Responding to emails and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Designing and printing leaflets, business cards, logos to support marketing efforts.
Transcribing meeting minutes accurately and efficiently.
Attending meetings.
When required, to be at the venue/office.
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Applications, particularly Excel, with the ability to handle complex data and perform advanced functions.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are a must.
Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in an administrative role, demonstrating strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator/Canva for social media post creation.
Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Familiarity with CRM systems and experience in managing email responses.
Strong ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.
