Job Description
HVAC Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the HVAC team, including assigning tasks, scheduling work, and ensuring timely completion of projects.
Monitor and inspect HVAC installations and repairs to ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations.
Troubleshoot complex HVAC problems and provide guidance and support to technicians in diagnosing and resolving issues.
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide technical expertise and recommendations.
Stay updated with industry advancements, new technologies, and best practices in HVAC systems to ensure the team's skills and knowledge are up to date.
Manage inventory of HVAC equipment, tools, and supplies, ensuring availability for scheduled projects and repairs.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of work orders, equipment maintenance, and service history.
Required Skills:
Strong technical knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance. Solid understanding of safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards related to HVAC systems. Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Strong customer service skills to resolve client concerns and provide exceptional service.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a technical or vocational HVAC program is preferred. Proven experience as an HVAC technician, with at least 3-5 years of experience in high -rise buildings, commercial and residential HVAC systems. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. 2-3 years of Experience
