About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Technician - HVAC to join Engineering department in Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel & Spa Kuwait.

Checking and rectifying all the repairs, maintenance & construction works as directed which reflects on the standard of the Hotel.

Ensure all the ice machines, fridges, cold rooms, Plant rooms, HVAC equipments are tested and maintained as per requirements.

Ensure that all Work Order, PPM & CWA's and General Maintenance works are executed as directed by the Team Leaders.

Knowledge of maintaining Fire, Life & Safety System and records.

Knowledge of HVAC/Electrical /Mechanical equipments maintenance and repairs.

Identification of HVAC /Electrical/Mechanical/Plumbing spares & FLS Equipment's.

To maintain the work area safe and tidy conditions.

Basics Knowledge and understanding of engineering related drawings.

Any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the management About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

A minimum of 2 year experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in a hospitality environment

Knowledge of kitchen equipment maintenance, repairs and trouble shooting.

Knowledge in various trades like Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC or equivalent experience would be an added value

Engineering certificate in related fields. At least 1 year formal training (certified).

Knowledge in computer based planned preventive maintenance

Knowledge of maintaining Fire, Life & Safety System and work order system
