We're on the hunt for a standout HVAC Technical Support Engineer to join our dynamic and vibrant team. With a strong emphasis on chillers, your role will be hands-on and customer-centric, directly addressing technical issues, formulating solutions, and ensuring our customers remain satisfied. Our clientele relies on us not just for solutions but for a friendly, understanding voice on the other end of the phone, email, WhatsApp conversation, or face-to-face meeting. Frequent site visits are part of the deal, so a valid UAE driver's license is a must-have. Note: Please complete the Indeed Assessments carefully. Responsibilities:
Expected Start Date: 01/07/2023
- As the go-to superhero for our customers, you'll be expected to provide top-tier technical assistance on HVAC systems such as chillers, air handling units, fan coil units, variable refrigerant flow systems, valves, ducts, piping, control systems, and more.
- You'll visit various sites to diagnose and resolve technical issues. We expect nothing less than consistently stellar customer service from our team.
- You'll be the maestro, scheduling the symphony of team activities and ensuring our service delivery is like music to our customers' ears.
- Keeping records of customer interactions and generating technical reports will be your daily bread and butter.
- A bachelor?s degree in engineering.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and maintaining HVAC systems, especially chillers.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for diffusing stressful situations.
- A valid driver's license and the readiness to hit the road to various sites.
- A talent for translating complex technical information into terms non-technical customers can understand.
- Experience in effectively coordinating and managing schedules.
