with a strong background in site execution, supervision, and coordination of HVAC projects. The ideal candidate will have at least
5 years of proven experience
in HVAC systems installation, commissioning, and maintenance in residential projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor all HVAC site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and standards.
Review HVAC shop drawings, material submittals, and ensure proper execution on site.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors for smooth project progress.
Ensure installation of ducting, chilled water piping, copper piping, insulation, and equipment as per approved drawings.
Conduct testing & commissioning of HVAC systems.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and highlight site issues to project management.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality procedures on site.
Support in project handover documentation.
