Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and manage HVAC teams in chilled water piping, DX ,VRV & Ducting system installation. Ensure smooth execution of HVAC projects, coordinating with client engineers, main contractors, and site managers. Ensure all HVAC installations comply with safety regulations, project specifications, and local authority guidelines. Troubleshooting & Maintenance HVAC system issues, ensuring optimal performance. Material & Inventory Management, monitor stock levels, request materials, and ensure efficient resource utilization. Guide and train technicians, ensuring adherence to best practices and safety standards. Documentations maintenance, logs of work completed, safety checks, and system performance reports. Facilitate effective communication between management, including clients, subcontractors, and team members, to ensure all project aspects are aligned. Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining project quality and performance. Supplier & Sub-contractor Management, building strategic relationship with suppliers, vendors to ensure smooth transitions of products supports.
Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, Fluency in English is essential, with additional language skills preferred to communicate in diverse work environments. A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, or project management, preferably in commercial settings. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality, safety, and environmental sustainability in all engineering practices. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex HVAC issues efficiently and effectively. Familiarity with local building codes and regulations governing HVAC system installations and operations. With valid UAE driving license , Immediate joiner are preferable.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
