Hvac Service Engineer
Job Description
Supervise the project site according to approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with civil, electrical, and plumbing teams to ensure smooth site execution.
Verify material deliveries against approved submittals and BOQs.
Attend site meetings, report daily progress, and escalate technical issues to project engineers or consultants.
Conduct inspection requests (IRs), ensure snag rectification, and assist during testing and commissioning stages.
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for installation support.
Ensure proper documentation.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC equipment (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, DX units, VRFs, exhaust fans, etc.).
Record service reports and communicate findings to the customer and service manager.
Assist in retrofitting, upgrading, or replacing old HVAC systems
HVAC Experience mandatory
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
