to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems. This role is critical in ensuring that all HVAC systems are operating at peak performance for our clients across the GCC region.
Key Responsibilities
:
Service & Maintenance
: Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs of HVAC systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
Troubleshooting & Diagnostics
: Identify and troubleshoot HVAC system faults, including electrical and mechanical components, refrigerant systems, and control systems.
Installation
: Oversee the installation of new HVAC systems, ensuring proper set-up, calibration, and compliance with local codes and regulations.
Customer Support
: Provide technical support to customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and addressing any technical queries or issues regarding HVAC systems.
System Testing & Commissioning
: Conduct performance tests and ensure systems are operating efficiently after installation or servicing.
Compliance & Safety
: Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with local laws, safety regulations, and company policies. Maintain high safety standards at all times.
Training & Support
: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians on technical matters, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
Preventive Maintenance
: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for clients to ensure HVAC systems operate optimally and avoid breakdowns.
Inventory Management
: Ensure proper stock management of parts and tools necessary for HVAC maintenance, repairs, and installations.
Qualifications & Skills
:
Experience
: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC service and maintenance, particularly in the GCC region.
Technical Skills
: Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including refrigeration cycles, electrical components, HVAC control systems, and air-handling units.
Troubleshooting Ability
: Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex HVAC issues efficiently and effectively.
Customer Focus
: Strong customer service skills, with a professional attitude and the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
Teamwork & Independence
: Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
Problem-Solving
: Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to address system issues on-site.
