As we expand our footprint across the United Arab Emirates, we are looking for dynamic and driven Sales Engineers to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Enquiry Generation through various available resources ,visiting under construction sites ,cold calling and target mid segment contractors and HVAC service providers . Identify and develop business opportunities with MEP contractors, consultants, and project developers. Promote and position Softlogic's range of HVAC systems and solutions in the market. Prepare and submit technical and commercial offers in line with client requirements. Conduct site visits, understand project specifications, and coordinate with technical teams for design and selection. Build strong relationships with consultants and key decision-makers to get product approvals. Negotiate contracts, close orders, and achieve assigned sales targets. Monitor project progress, coordinate with logistics, and ensure timely deliveries and payments. Provide regular market intelligence, competitor analysis, and feedback to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory). 3-4 years of UAE experience in HVAC sales (chillers, DX systems, VRF, or airside products). Strong network with MEP contractors, HVAC service providers and FM companies in the region. Excellent technical knowledge of HVAC systems and design fundamentals. Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. UAE driving license is a must.
