The ideal candidate is proactive, target-driven, and has a strong understanding of HVAC systems and the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new HVAC business opportunities through networking, referrals, and direct client outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and end clients.
Attend client meetings and site visits to understand project requirements.
Coordinate internally to ensure smooth project execution after securing the job.
Follow up with existing clients to generate repeat business.
Prepare basic sales reports and update management on opportunities and progress.
Support business growth by actively contributing to sales targets and pipeline development.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
Mechanical Engineering
.
1-2 years of experience in
HVAC sales or related field
(UAE experience preferred).
Basic technical knowledge of HVAC systems and solutions.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
Team player with a professional attitude.
Valid UAE driving license and own car are required.
English required;
Arabic is an advantage
