Hvac Project Engineer
Job Description
The role requires expertise in installing HVAC systems, including DX and chilled water systems. The engineer should be able to review project specifications and design drawings, understand site conditions for effective project execution, and coordinate with other services. Key skills include knowledge of equipment installation, ductwork, refrigerant piping, chilled water piping and its distributions, electrical connections, and control panel setup. The engineer must also prepare project documents for clients and consultants, create planning and progress reports, and be familiar with testing and commissioning procedures and its document preparations.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field.Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years in HVAC project management and cost estimation, preferably within the UAE or GCC.Technical Skills:
Proficiency in estimation software, AutoCAD, and MS Office.Soft Skills:
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.U
