About the Role

We are looking for an experienced

HVAC Project Engineer

to manage and oversee HVAC installations for large-scale MEP projects in commercial, residential, and industrial sectors across the UAE. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications and quality standards. This role requires strong technical knowledge, project management skills, and familiarity with UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage HVAC project activities from planning, coordination, execution, to completion. Review and interpret HVAC design drawings, specifications, and project documentation. Coordinate with design teams, contractors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution. Prepare and monitor project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of HVAC works. Oversee procurement and delivery of HVAC materials and equipment. Conduct site inspections to ensure installation quality and compliance with project requirements and safety standards. Resolve technical issues and provide technical support to site teams. Liaise with local authorities (Dubai Municipality, DEWA, etc.) to ensure regulatory compliance and obtain necessary approvals. Monitor project costs and assist in budget control. Prepare progress reports and update stakeholders on project status. Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental policies on site.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, HVAC Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience as an HVAC Project Engineer in the UAE construction industry. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation techniques, and project management practices. Familiarity with local regulations, codes, and standards (Dubai Municipality, DEWA, Dubai Building Code). Proficient in project management tools and software (MS Project, AutoCAD, etc.). Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
