Job Description
HVAC Project Engineer
1. The position is based in Dubai, UAE
2. Minimum 10 year's experience of HVAC Retrofitting, Replacement and Maintenance project for both unitary system and chilled water system. Of the 10 years, minimum 5 years of experience should be in UAE .
3. Should have thorough understanding of Low side and High side of the HVAC system (DX & CHW). Should have capability of fault finding, diagnosis and propose the solution to solve the issues
4. Should be able to plan and execute a project from start to the end . Manage the daily operations and project timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
5. Should be able to do site survey, diagnose the problems , propose corrective action and do a complete calculation of cost of repairs .
6. Should be able to handle manpower at site and ensure high quality of work in scheduled time line
7. Ensure compliance with safety codes, regulations, and best practices for HVAC installations and repairs.
8. Should have qualification of B.Tech / Diploma in engineering .
9. Should have UAE driving license
10. Should be able to join immediately
Salary + Commission
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
