Key Responsibilities:
Plan, design, and oversee HVAC systems for commercial, residential, or industrial projects.
Prepare project schedules, cost estimates, and technical specifications.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project delivery.
Conduct load calculations, equipment selection, and ductwork/piping design.
Monitor project progress, perform site inspections, and resolve technical issues.
Manage documentation, submittals, and close-out reports.
Provide technical support during installation, testing, and commissioning phases.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in HVAC design and project management.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, controls, and energy efficiency principles.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
