About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated

HVAC Project Manager

to oversee and manage HVAC projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of HVAC projects from initiation to completion Review project specifications, drawings, and schedules to ensure successful execution Communicate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and schedules Manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers Oversee installation and commissioning of HVAC systems Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards Identify and resolve project issues and delays Provide regular progress reports to management and stakeholders

Qualifications

Minimum

5 years of experience

in HVAC project management or related field Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, and design Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related field Experience with commercial or industrial HVAC projects

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month
