Job Description

A reputed Electro Mechanical company based in Dubai requires HVAC Project Engineers for its projects in Dubai.

Education: Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Candidates should have minimum 8 years' work experience in relevant area of work and on high-rise building projects in UAE

Should have good exposure in dealing with consultants, client representatives and authorities.

Preferred age category: 30-45 years

Preparation, review and submission of technical material submittals for the approval of consultant

Review, submission of Shop drawings, Builders Work drawings, Section drawings for Plant Rooms, Riser Diagrams and as built drawings for the approval of stakeholders

Complete installation of HVAC Systems like Chillers, Cooling Towers, FAHU's, FCU's, Split Units, Ducted Split, VRF, Chilled

Water Piping, Chilled Water Valves, Chilled Water Pumps etc.

Preparation of Method Statements

Prepare and track the following schedule of MAS (Material Approval Schedule and DAS (Drawing Approval Schedule)

Planning of Manpower and Materials to execute the project

Quantity takes off and ordering of materials Raise material requisition/purchase requisition on time for all material/equipment required at site

Coordination with Client & Consultant

Attending meetings with Client & Consultant

Coordination with external suppliers & sub-contractors

Raise incoming material inspection for consultant/client and obtain approvals

Raise request for inspection for Equipment/Material installation and site progress for consultant/client and obtain approvals

Assist the commissioning team in Pre-commissioning & Commissioning stages of all HVAC Equipment's and Closing of all snags

Prepare and track the project schedule of client

Project close out and handing over
