Duties and Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Read previous reports, in \xe2\x80\x98Operator reports logbook\xe2\x80\x99. (During Shift startup) \xc2\xb7 Have a discussion with previous shift operator regarding plant operation status, abnormal situations/events, equipment status, on-going maintenance, safety measures. \xc2\xb7 Check physical status of equipment, sign the \xe2\x80\x98Operator visit to equipment\xe2\x80\x99 form attached to all major equipment\xe2\x80\x99s and record \xe2\x80\x93 if any - abnormal situation in the \xe2\x80\x98Shift defects reporting\xe2\x80\x99 form and \xe2\x80\x98Operator reports logbook\xe2\x80\x99. \xc2\xb7 Check \xe2\x80\x98In-house maintenance schedule\xe2\x80\x99 and performs due scheduled maintenance. If the equipment maintenance requires Client technician expertise, operator should assist as required. \xc2\xb7 For any maintenance work in the plant fill appropriate work permit form and check related safety measures \xc2\xb7 Check the water treatment chemicals tank levels and make-up as required. \xc2\xb7 Chemical spills to clean as required. \xc2\xb7 Empty chemical cans ha to put in a designated area and put barricade/signage. \xc2\xb7 Check daily the conductivity, PH level and at least twice a week on the phosphonate level of CT water. \xc2\xb7 Clean all equipment in regular intervals and keep the plant room neat and tidy. Housekeeping is a must! \xc2\xb7 Follow the emergency response plan as per the site. \xc2\xb7 Take parameter readings and register them in \xe2\x80\x98Equipment parameters log sheet\xe2\x80\x99. \xc2\xb7 Daily report to scan and save to computer provided. (If applicable) \xc2\xb7 Take utility readings and register them in the \xe2\x80\x98Utility parameters log sheet. \xc2\xb7 Utility readings, maintenance history and other documents required for monthly reporting should be entered in the computer provided. \xc2\xb7 Check all the equipment oil level related. \xc2\xb7 Perform monthly inventory of chemicals, first aid boxes, ladder inspection checklist and tools \xc2\xb7 Report immediately to the site in-charge and supervisor for any unusual event or complain related to the plant. \xc2\xb7 Monitor continuously SCADA/CMS automatically generated reports for data validity. \xc2\xb7 In the end of the shift write \xe2\x80\x98shift report\xe2\x80\x99 in \xe2\x80\x98Operation reports book\xe2\x80\x99.
