HVAC Operator (Chiller Operation) - Level 1
Location: Abu Dhabi
Contract: 12 Months
We are looking for a HVAC Operator (Chiller Operation) - Level 1 wo will be responsible for safe, reliable, and efficient operation and maintenance of data center cooling systems ensuring compliance with ASHRAE and Tier standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operate chillers, CPM, pumps, VRF, CRAC, FWC, RDHX. Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance. Maintain environmental SLAs. Troubleshoot faults and maintain efficiency metrics. Support commissioning and inspections. Adhere to safety and PTW procedures.
Service Level Agreement (SLA) Compliance
Maintain SLA limits for temperature/humidity. Respond to HVAC alarms within MTTR. 100% PM schedule compliance. Maintain chiller plant efficiency within target.
