Position Summary:
We are looking for a well-rounded and proficient Level 1 Technician to perform high-quality maintenance and repairs on our luxury vehicles. This role involves working on a broad range of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems. The successful candidate will be a reliable technician with a strong foundational skillset and a commitment to precision.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of vehicle systems, including:
• Engine and Transmission: Oil changes, filter replacements, timing belt/chain services, minor engine repairs.
• Suspension and Brakes: Shock/strut replacement, brake pad and rotor service, brake fluid flushes.
• HVAC: Basic heating and air conditioning system servicing.
• Electrical & Electronics: Troubleshooting basic electrical faults, battery and alternator testing/replacement, bulb and fuse replacement.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and identify necessary repairs.
• Assist senior/master technicians with more complex diagnostic and repair procedures.
• Perform vehicle health checks and generate accurate repair estimates.
• Utilize basic diagnostic scan tools to retrieve fault codes and data.
• Perform wheel alignments, tire fitting, and balancing.
• Adhere to all workshop safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Complete all service and repair documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• ITI in Motor Vehicle / Automobile or a relevant Diploma.
• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience as a technician, with a significant portion working on luxury vehicle brands.
• Comprehensive knowledge of automotive mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Experience with basic vehicle diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to perform a wide variety of repair and maintenance tasks efficiently and correctly.
• Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Age below 40 years.
• Experience in a luxury car dealership environment is a significant advantage.
