Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

HVAC & MEP Maintenance Technician

to support daily maintenance operations, troubleshoot system issues, and respond to emergencies across facility equipment. The candidate must have strong technical knowledge, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring safe and reliable operations.

Key Responsibilities

Perform daily preventive and corrective

HVAC and MEP maintenance

according to established procedures. Respond promptly to contingencies and system malfunctions to restore operations. Troubleshoot a wide range of equipment including

FCU, AHU, FAHU, SAC, WAC, Extract Fans, Package Units, Pumps, Motors, VAVs, and water leak detection systems

. Conduct inspections to identify potential single points of failure within HVAC & MEP facilities. Maintain updated

technical logs, databases, and maintenance records

to ensure full compliance. Request tools, equipment, and materials required to complete repairs and installations. Attend to

after-hours and emergency call-outs

to address urgent safety or system concerns. Perform maintenance on

Split AC, Package AC, Window AC, CRAH, and CRAC units

as part of daily operations. Carry out additional duties assigned by the Supervisor to support efficient team performance.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in HVAC & MEP maintenance roles. Strong understanding of HVAC systems, airflow components, and diagnostic procedures. Ability to work independently and respond effectively under pressure. Good communication, reporting, and documentation skills. Flexibility to work shifts and respond to emergency call-outs (24/7 availability).

Pay: AED4,300.00 - AED4,550.00 per month
