Job Description

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum

3-5 years of experience

in MEP maintenance within facility management, real estate, or building services. Strong knowledge of

HVAC systems, electrical circuits, plumbing networks, pumps, motors, carpentry, fire alarm and general building maintenance

. Ability to read and interpret

technical drawings, schematics, and manuals

. Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Physically fit and able to work in diverse environments (indoor/outdoor). Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Attributes

Multi-skilled technician

with hands-on expertise in at least two MEP trades.

Valid driving license

is a

must

Good communication skills

(written and verbal) are a

must
