Description:
Silver Coast Construction & Boring L.L.C is seeking experienced MEP Supervisors and Foremen to strengthen our onsite teams across multiple disciplines. We're hiring skilled individuals who have hands-on site experience, can lead crews effectively, and coordinate smoothly with engineering teams to deliver high-quality MEP works.
Key requirements:
7+ years experience as an HVAC Foreman or similar role.
Strong track record of working on site-based MEP installations and maintenance.
Proven ability to manage and motivate manpower, assign tasks, and oversee daily site progress.
Good coordination skills with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and compliance with specifications. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and safety procedures.
Leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
Relevant certifications or licenses are an advantage
