Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

Site HVAC Foreman

to manage and execute HVAC and BTU meter installation works. The ideal candidate should be capable of

achieving monthly meter installation targets

,

handling multiple teams simultaneously

, and

pre-planning daily activities in advance

to ensure smooth site execution.

Supervise and carry out HVAC works on site, including

BTU meter installation, chilled water piping, AHUs, FCUs, and related accessories

. Maintain the Site team timings to reach various site on time accoding plan. Achieve

monthly BTU / Bulk / Sub-meter installation targets

as planned by the company. Handle and supervise

4-5 teams at the same time

, guiding technicians and helpers as per site requirements.

Plan daily work one day in advance

, including manpower, tools, materials, and site access/permits. Personally support the team as a

technician when required

, especially during critical or urgent works. Ensure correct installation of BTU meters, including

flanged or threaded connections, alignment, insulation, and site readiness

. Follow approved drawings and site instructions for

chilled water piping, valves, strainers, supports, and insulation

. Understand basic HVAC drawings and instructions and explain the work clearly to technicians. Coordinate with

clients, consultants, and contractors

for smooth execution of daily site activities. Arrange

materials, tools, scaffolding, and access

in advance to avoid delays. Carry out

basic testing, flushing, and pre-commissioning checks

. Ensure all works are done as per

approved Method Statements, Risk Assessments, and safety rules

. Maintain site safety and ensure all workers use

PPE and follow HSE guidelines

. Handle the site

independently without continuous supervision from engineers

. Prepare and share

daily progress updates, manpower details, and work status

in the company WhatsApp group and by email. Identify site problems early and

provide practical solutions

to complete the work on time.

Additional Preferences



Minimum

2 years of UAE experience

in HVAC or BTU meter works. Flexible working hours as per project requirements. Willingness to work

night shifts

when required.
