Job Summary:

Jascon Engineering WLL is looking for a skilled HVAC Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising on-site HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair activities, ensuring work is carried out efficiently, safely, and according to project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of HVAC technicians and laborers on-site. Plan and schedule work tasks according to project timelines and priorities. Read and interpret HVAC drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications. Ensure proper installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems and components. Monitor the quality of work and ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Troubleshoot HVAC systems and provide solutions to technical issues. Maintain inventory of materials, tools, and equipment, and report any shortages. Ensure all safety procedures are followed on-site and conduct regular safety briefings. Communicate with project engineers, supervisors, and clients to ensure smooth workflow. Prepare daily progress reports and submit them to the project manager. Train and mentor junior HVAC technicians as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an HVAC Foreman or senior HVAC Technician. In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, and maintenance procedures. Ability to read and understand technical drawings and manuals. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Good understanding of occupational health and safety regulations. Ability to solve problems efficiently and effectively under pressure. Technical diploma or certification in HVAC systems or mechanical engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC installation and supervision roles.

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
