Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Foreman with a solid maintenance background who can supervise and execute tasks across HVAC with moderate knowledge in electrical, and plumbing systems. The candidate will lead a team of technicians, oversee daily maintenance operations, and ensure that building systems are maintained to the highest standards of performance, safety, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

1. HVAC Systems

- Supervise installation, operation, and maintenance of HVAC units (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV, split units, package units).
- Troubleshoot and repair faults in HVAC systems, including refrigerant handling and ducting.
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance schedules are followed.
- Maintain service logs and technical reports for all HVAC systems.

2. Electrical Systems

- Oversee operation and maintenance of electrical panels, DBs and lighting

- Diagnose and rectify electrical faults and breakdowns.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety protocols, and company standards.
- Coordinate with procurement for spare parts and consumables.

3. Plumbing & Drainage Systems

- Supervise maintenance of plumbing fixtures, pumps, piping, and drainage networks.
- Inspect and resolve leaks, blockages, or water pressure issues.
- Ensure water heaters, water tanks, and pumps are properly maintained.
- Monitor plumbing systems for hygiene and safety compliance.

4. Supervision & Team Management

- Lead a team of technicians across HVAC, electrical, and plumbing trades.
- Allocate tasks and monitor performance to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct toolbox talks and enforce safety practices.
- Report progress, issues, and resource needs to the MEP Engineer/Project Manager.

Qualifications & Skills

- Diploma/ Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical, or HVAC Engineering.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in MEP maintenance, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory/foreman role.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing.
- Hands-on troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
- Ability to manage technicians and coordinate daily work activities.
- Good communication and reporting skills.

Salary Range- 3000-5000
