The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, technical expertise in HVAC systems, and the ability to manage teams while ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and lead HVAC technicians and helpers on site
Plan, assign, and monitor daily HVAC installation and maintenance activities
Read and interpret HVAC drawings, schematics, and specifications
Ensure installation and commissioning of HVAC systems as per approved drawings
Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and other trades
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Monitor material usage and report requirements to management
Conduct inspections and ensure quality control of HVAC works
Troubleshoot HVAC system issues and provide technical solutions
Prepare daily progress reports and site documentation
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience as an HVAC Foreman or Senior HVAC Technician
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (DX, Chillers, AHU, FCU, VRF, ducting, piping, etc.)
Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
Good communication skills in
English
(spoken and basic written)
Ability to read and understand technical drawings
Knowledge of safety standards and site procedures
Relevant technical certification or diploma preferred
