Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair works at project sites.
Assign tasks to technicians and ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor manpower, tools, and materials to achieve timely progress.
Conduct inspections of HVAC systems including ducting, piping, equipment installation, and insulation works.
Ensure adherence to quality control and safety procedures.
Prepare daily site reports and update progress to the engineer/project manager.
Operate company vehicle for site visits, material collection, and supervision tasks
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical or HVAC Engineering
Strong knowledge of HVAC installation, testing, and commissioning.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Valid UAE Driver's License
