We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated
HVAC Foreman
to lead and supervise heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) installation and maintenance crews on site. The HVAC Foreman will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining safety and quality standards.
Supervise and coordinate HVAC technicians, pipefitters, and installers on project sites.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and HVAC system layouts.
Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems including chillers, AHUs, ductwork, piping, and controls.
Ensure work complies with local codes, regulations, safety policies, and engineering specifications.
Manage daily work schedules, material requirements, and labor resources.
Communicate with project managers, engineers, and other trade foremen to ensure smooth workflow and coordination.
Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and safety compliance.
Train and mentor junior technicians and apprentices.
Prepare daily reports, time sheets, and progress documentation.
Troubleshoot technical issues on site and provide practical solutions.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
