at least 5 years of UAE experience
in supervising HVAC works in residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage HVAC technicians and subcontractors on-site
Ensure proper installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems (ducting, piping, equipment)
Read and interpret HVAC drawings, plans, and specifications
Coordinate with site engineers and other departments for work scheduling
Ensure all HVAC work is carried out according to project timelines and quality standards
Conduct site inspections and ensure safety compliance
Monitor material usage and prepare daily site progress reports
Requirements:
Minimum
5 years of UAE experience
in HVAC works (Gulf experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and installation procedures
Ability to read and understand technical drawings
Good leadership and team coordination skills
Able to manage manpower and handle pressure at site
